To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include the following when you write in:
- The device you're using (e.g. iPhone 15, Pixel 8)
- The operating system version (iOS or Android)
- The Readify app version (found in Profile → About)
- A short description of what you were trying to do
- What went wrong, including any error messages
- Screenshots or a screen recording if relevant
Common topics
Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
Subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google and are managed in your device's app store settings. To cancel, change, or request a refund, visit your App Store or Google Play subscriptions page. If purchases are missing after reinstall, open Profile → Restore Purchases.
Account deletion & data export
You can delete your account from inside the app. Cloud-synced data is removed within 30 days. If you'd prefer we handle it on your behalf, email us from the address tied to your account and we'll take care of it.
Scanning, OCR, or text-to-speech issues
Most accuracy issues come down to lighting, page flatness, or unusual fonts. If TTS audio cuts out or sounds wrong, note the voice and the language and send the document if you can — it helps us reproduce the problem.
Feature requests & feedback
We read every email. If there's a feature you'd love to see, tell us what problem it would solve — that context shapes the roadmap.
